In June 2023, after much contemplation (and a few martinis), my business partner Maria and I set out to transform a rundown seaside pub into a hidden gem. Our restaurant specializes in local seafood, prime beef, and diverse vegetarian dishes, catering to a wide range of tastes. This venture is close to my heart, representing a journey of growth as we create a dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors of our coastal locale.
